One year ago, we shared our initial Techradar version with you. Today, it is time for an update and to highlight what has changed.

Being a huge fan of PHPStan I regularly check what extensions exist and how they can help us to improve our code.

There are multiple things one can customize in the Sylius checkout. For example, you can change the order of checkout steps or come up with a complete custom checkout flow. Or a bit simpler: You can remove or hide specific fields in the checkout process.

For a recent project, I tried to enable Xdebug in our DDEV environment. What worked fine in the past did not work correctly this time. Once Xdebug was active, reloading the page resulted in a HTTP 503 error.

On the 10th of January, the PHPUG Rheinhessen meetup will reboot their meetup and meet again in Mainz at the e3n office.

8 years ago, we started an experiment: Is there enough interest in the Rhein-Neckar region for a PHP meetup? We set-up a meetup.com and a Twitter account and started making some buzz.

I can't really recall when we started blogging initially, but we rebooted the bitExpert back in October of 2006, and ever since we migrated all content to newer blogging platforms. Back in the days we used b2evolution as blogging platform, moved to Wordpress, moved to Silverstripe Blog, and finally last year transitioned to Docusaurus.
