On the 20th of September, the PHP Developer Day Conference organized by my friends of the PHP Usergroup Dresden will happen again.

After missing last year's event, I was happy that the organizers reached out again and that my busy schedule allows me to travel to Dresden to speak at this event. I am a regular speaker at the Dresden meetup and have previously spoken at one of the conferences. Being back in town and connecting with the local PHP community is always great.

In my brand-new talk, "Need a MACH-ready Search Engine? Choose Gally." I will introduce the audience to Gally, an (e-commerce) search engine that powers your application's search experience. I'll show you how Gally works and guide you on how to configure Gally for your specific use case. We'll take a deep dive into the Gally API, and I will show you how to integrate Gally into your application easily thanks to its API-first design principles.

If you want to extend your application with an easy-to-use and easy-to-configure search solution built on top of Elasticsearch, Gally is an interesting choice. You should not miss this talk at the conference.
