Feedback Ladder

Clear feedback is key, especially in code reviews. Reading through a long text of feedback and then deciding what it means can be challenging sometimes.

Thanks to our feedback ladder system, simple icons give the code review comments a better meaning. They classify the urgency of the improvement and help the developers to decide what's important and what can be delayed a bit more.

We've adopted the feedback ladder system in some of our projects, and the feedback so far is great.
