Event Storming

When combined with prooh Board, Event Storming has consistently delivered significant value to our team and projects. By facilitating clearer requirements definition and more effective stakeholder communication, it enables us to have more productive and informed discussions with all parties involved.

Event Storming is a flexible workshop format for the collaborative exploration of complex business domains allowing sophisticated cross-discipline conversation between stakeholders with different backgrounds, delivering a new type of collaboration beyond silo and specialization boundaries.

We've been using Event Storming together with Event Sourcing in the first projects and were happy with the results. We'll continue to explore this route further.
