Symfony

Symfony serves as the foundational framework for many tools that are integral to our daily project operations, including API Platform, Gally, Sulu CMS, and Sylius. Given its proven value in enhancing our project outcomes, we remain committed to investing in Symfony, recognizing its significance in driving our success and delivering high-quality solutions.

Symfony is an open-source PHP framework that includes a set of reusable components. Since Symfony is heavily inspired by the Spring framework, it made sense for us to adopt the framework for our PHP projects.

For us, Symfony is very easy to use and offers a lot of flexibility at the same time. We can either use just some of the Symfony components or go full-stack Symfony all the way. This allows us to mix and match whatever makes the most sense for the project we are working on.

Additionally, Symfony is the basis for other frameworks and toolings like API Platform or Sylius which we started using more and more.
